Hospital-employed role offering a supportive environment. Flexible schedule. Robotic-assisted surgery utilizing the latest Da Vinci technology. On-site chemotherapy and systemic therapy administration. Palliative care and survivorship support. Highly competitive compensation model based on general surgery benchmarks. Founding physician has transitioned to a Chief Medical Officer role, creating a unique opportunity for growth. Position Offers: Guaranteed base salary of $500,000 with additional earning potential through productivity. Posted salary reflects starting total compensation and excludes productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other applicable cash compensation. CME allowance and additional benefits typically provided by the medical group employer. Salary range provided in accordance with State law and subject to variation based on applicable factors. Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage. Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage. CME allowance and paid time off. Retirement savings plan with employer match.
