a qualified Per Diem Clinical Nurse II for our General Pediatrics
unit (D7). This role offers a dynamic work environment where you
can truly make a difference in the lives of our pediatric patients
and their families. Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric
patients in a hospital setting. Perform assessments, administer
medications, and monitor patient responses to treatments. Educate
patients and their families on treatment plans and health
maintenance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
formulate individualized care plans. Maintain accurate patient
records and comply with all legal, hospital, and departmental
requirements. Participate in continuous education to improve
patient outcomes and nursing practices. Strong clinical skills in a
pediatric healthcare setting. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to make quick and accurate clinical
decisions. Proficiency in using medical software for patient
management. Capacity to work efficiently both independently and as
part of a team. Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice. CPR/BLS certification, preferably with
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
