Job Description:

our D4N unit. This role is pivotal in providing advanced nursing
care, supporting patient recovery, and ensuring high standards of

outcomes. The successful candidate will embrace our commitment to
excellence in healthcare and participate actively in both clinical
duties and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide
comprehensive patient care and assist with complex nursing needs.
Implement patient care plans and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient
treatment and recovery. Engage in continuous education to remain
current on healthcare practices and standards. Support patient and
family education concerning disease management and treatment plans.
Advanced patient assessment skills. Strong clinical skills with the
ability to implement care plans effectively. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to work
effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using
medical software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN
license in the state of New York. BLS/ACLS certification.
Certification in specialty area preferred.
