Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Interact with various healthcare teams to maintain comprehensive healthcare environment. Implement and innovate patient management plans, incorporating patient advocacy and education. Contribute to medical research programs and clinical trials. Guide and supervise assigned nursing team, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Advanced skills in patient assessment and nursing intervention. Ability to handle high-stress, fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using healthcare software and performing patient documentation. Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
