Job Description:
Albany Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and
compassionate Clinical Nurse III: D4N to join our dedicated team of
healthcare professionals. Positioned within a leading healthcare

involves delivering expert nursing services in a dynamic hospital
setting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our
mission to provide exceptional care and contribute to our ongoing
excellence in the field. Provide direct and individualized nursing
care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Act as a senior staff member, guiding junior nurses and
supporting clinical training initiatives. Participate in
interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure optimal patient care.
Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing care
plans. Implement clinical procedures and maintain high standards of
patient care. Evaluate the outcomes of nursing care and modify
treatment plans as necessary. Adhere to hospital and departmental
policies and procedures. Promote patient education and the
management of acute and chronic illnesses. Advanced clinical
nursing skills Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage
health information systems Proficiency in evidence-based practice
and clinical research Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in
the state of practice Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
