Oversee and manage patient care in a post-surgical environment. Assist in the recovery of patients following various surgical procedures. Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform wound care. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery requirements. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor care plans. Ensure documentation is complete and accurate for all patient interactions. Manage a caseload and prioritize patient needs in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
