Job Description:

Clinical Nurse III on the M2 Ortho/Spine floor, where pioneering

patient care. As a part of our specialized orthopedic and spinal
care team, you will leverage advanced nursing practices to enhance
patient outcomes, conduct research, and educate the next generation
of nurses. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to
orthopedic and spinal patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to formulate individualized patient care plans. Monitor
patient response to treatment and adjust nursing care plans as
necessary. Participate in research initiatives and apply findings
to clinical practices. Mentor and supervise junior nursing staff
and students to facilitate skill development and professional
growth. Ensure continuous quality improvement in patient care and
safety protocols. Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and spine
care. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability
to multitask and manage time efficiently. Strong leadership and
teamwork capabilities. Proficient in using electronic health record
(EHR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in
the state. Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred. Basic
Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification required.
