Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the B3W unit, adhering to established protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop effective patient care plans. Monitor patient conditions continuously and respond to changes in status promptly. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and healthcare maintenance. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatments. Participate in professional development and research activities to improve care standards. Strong clinical skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
