The ideal candidate will bring a compassionate approach and a proactive attitude to facilitate recovery and ensure patient comfort throughout their surgical and trauma recovery process. Assess patient conditions through diligent observation and interaction, initiating appropriate nursing interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Record patient histories and medical information for accurate documentation. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and recovery, including post-discharge care. Maintain a sterile and safe environment in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care. Strong clinical skills with a focus on surgical and trauma nursing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
