community. Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the
General Med/Surg Unit. Collaborate with healthcare team members to
develop effective patient care plans. Administer medications and
monitor for adverse reactions. Educate patients and their families
on disease prevention and health restoration. Contribute to medical
research and clinical trials. Document patient care services and
outcomes for clinical reviews. Maintain patient confidentiality and
adhere to HIPAA regulations. Participate in continuing education
and training to stay abreast of the latest in medical care and
treatment. Strong clinical skills in a medical/surgical setting
Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle
high stress situations calmly and effectively Knowledge of modern
healthcare practices and medical equipment Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN (Registered
Nurse) license in the state of practice BLS (Basic Life Support)
Certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
