Job Description:

education, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse II for our General
Surgery/Trauma unit. This position offers an opportunity to work in

groundbreaking research and education. The ideal candidate will
provide compassionate and expert nursing care to surgery and trauma
patients, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to
enhance patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge. Deliver
comprehensive nursing care for surgery and trauma patients. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration
with healthcare team. Administer medications and monitor for
efficacy and side effects. Educate patients and their families on
post-surgical care and injury recovery. Maintain accurate patient
records and prepare reports on patients' status. Comply with all
hospital policies and procedures, including safety and infection
control standards. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Proficiency in managing trauma and surgical patients Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in high-pressure situations Skilled in the use of medical software
and patient care technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
