Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical unit. Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop and implement nursing care plans. Maintain medical records and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Collaborate with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Participate in research and review of clinical practices to enhance treatment protocols. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record systems Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Commitment to ethical medical practices and ongoing professional development Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
