Job Description:

seeking a Clinical Nurse II for our Labor and Delivery / Antepartum
department. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional care to
mothers and infants in the crucial stages of antepartum and labor.
The candidate will work in a dynamic environment that is both
challenging and rewarding, integrating patient care with clinical
education and research efforts. This position involves direct
patient care, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and

of our community through cutting-edge care and compassionate
service. Provide direct nursing care in antepartum and labor
settings, adhering to policies and procedures. Monitor maternal and
fetal health, reporting any concerns to physicians immediately.
Educate and support patients and families throughout the antepartum
and labor processes. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to
optimize patient care and outcomes. Participate in research and
development opportunities to advance clinical knowledge and
practice. Manage patient records and document all patient
interactions effectively. Assist in the development and education
of less experienced nursing staff. Strong clinical skills in labor
and delivery and antepartum care. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in high-stress
situations. Proficient in the use of electronic health record
systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of
practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
