This position requires a commitment to 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, including weekends and holidays. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a dynamic healthcare setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in clinical research and contribute to medical studies. Mentor and oversee junior nursing staff and students. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and nursing best practices. Advanced clinical nursing skills Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Capacity to mentor and educate less experienced nurses Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
