Job Description:

for our Adult Emergency Department. This vital role is designed for
a skilled nursing professional who thrives in a fast-paced

treatments in critical times. The ideal candidate will have a
robust background in emergency medicine, demonstrate superior
clinical competencies, and possess a deep understanding of patient
care dynamics. Provide immediate medical care to emergency room
patients. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
to formulate treatment plans. Administer medications and treatments
per prescribed protocols. Monitor, record, and communicate patient
conditions as appropriate using state-of-the-art medical
technology. Educate patients and their families on treatment and
care protocols. Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a
high-stress environment. Participate in departmental quality
improvement initiatives. Advanced knowledge of emergency care
procedures and protocols. Highly skilled in using medical equipment
for emergency and intensive care. Ability to remain calm and
effective in high-pressure situations. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
certification preferred.
