This role focuses on providing specialized nursing care in the field of otolaryngology, emphasizing compassionate patient interactions, and effective management of ENT conditions. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders. Assist in surgical procedures and provide perioperative care. Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with ENT specialists. Educate patients and their families on condition management, surgical procedures, and post-operative care. Participate in clinical research and contribute to studies within the otolaryngology field. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Strong clinical skills in otolaryngology nursing Ability to assist in surgical procedures Excellent communication and patient education abilities Proficient in the use of medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license Certification in Otolaryngology Nursing (CORLN) preferred
