nursing care to patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care
Participate in patient and family education regarding health care

professional development Adhere to all hospital policies and
protocols while maintaining patient confidentiality and safety
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team Basic competence in
clinical skills associated with a novice practicing nurse per the
AACN or equivalent Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR)
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required within the
first 90 days of employment Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification is an advantage
