nursing team. This position is ideal for recently graduated nurses

care. Our New Grad RN program is designed to provide hands-on
experience and mentorship to newly licensed nurses, preparing them
for a successful career in healthcare. Provide high-quality nursing
care to patients in various units while under the supervision of an
experienced nurse Assist in the development and implementation of
care plans Document patient care services by charting in patient
and department records Educate patients and their families on their
conditions and treatment plans Collaborate with the healthcare team
to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations Participate in educational
workshops to enhance nursing knowledge and clinical skills Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Clinical skills and the
ability to maintain detailed patient records Ability to work
collaboratively in a high-stress environment Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Compassion for patients and dedication to
quality care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice CPR certification is required
