Job Description:
Albany Medical Center, a leading institution recognized for

college, is seeking a highly skilled RN-Otolaryngology Nurse. This
position will require expertise in nursing care related to ear,
nose, and throat disorders. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for assisting in surgeries, managing patient care post-operation,
and educating patients regarding ongoing treatment and recovery.
This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing patient
outcomes through innovative and diligent care within our
specialized otolaryngology department. Provide pre- and
post-operative nursing care for patients undergoing ENT procedures.
Monitor patient recovery and respond to emerging health concerns.
Adhere to strict infection control protocols. Educate patients and
families about conditions and care procedures. Collaborate with ENT
specialists to implement comprehensive care plans. Strong clinical
skills in an otolaryngology setting Excellent patient assessment
capabilities Proficiency in the use of medical software and patient
care technology Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS/CPR certification Certification in Otolaryngology Nursing
(CORLN) preferred
