The ideal candidate will have experience in ambulatory care settings with a strong emphasis on patient-centered service, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical excellence. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting. Assess patients’ health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Facilitate communications between patients, family members, and multidisciplinary medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Operate medical equipment and assist with patient rehabilitation and follow-up. Strong clinical skills in an ambulatory care environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional manner Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
