This pivotal role ensures the seamless flow of clinical operations, supporting our staff and enhancing patient care by expediting processes and coordinating various healthcare services. The ideal candidate will effectively manage resources, facilitate communication, and maintain high standards of patient care in a high-volume setting. Coordinate patient care activities and ensure timely implementation of treatment plans. Manage the allocation of supplies and staffing to optimize clinical operations. Facilitate urgent and complex patient flow issues, serving as a liaison between various departments. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. Regularly communicate with healthcare teams to identify process improvements and implement them. Monitor patient data for accuracy, privacy, and efficiency. Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions Proficient at data management and interpretation Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Skillful in resource allocation and project management Current Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS Certification preferred
