highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse II for our Vascular
Surgery C5 unit. This role demands a dedicated individual who can

problem-solving. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to
patients undergoing vascular surgeries. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement
individualized care plans. Monitor patient conditions continuously,
respond to clinical changes, initiate interventions when necessary,
and document patient care effectively. Educate patients and their
families about surgical processes, post-operative care, and health
maintenance. Participate in departmental audits and contribute to
quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and
service efficiency. Proficiency in managing pre-op and post-op care
for vascular surgery patients. Ability to operate specialized
medical equipment related to vascular surgeries. Strong
communication skills for effective interaction with patients,
families, and healthcare professionals. Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Current registered nurse (RN) license in
the state where the medical facility is located. Certification in
Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) preferred.
