Clinical Nurse II for our C6 Short Stay Surgical Unit. This
position is designed for compassionate professionals committed to
delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Our Clinical Nurse II plays a critical role in managing patient
care who undergo various short stay surgical procedures. As part of
our team, you will work closely with surgical staff, enhancing
patient outcomes and delivering targeted health solutions. Provide
direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the
application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient
health and record signs within electronic medical records
accurately. Administer medications, track dosages and document all
patient interactions effectively. Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to optimize surgical patient care. Improve patient
satisfaction by delivering excellence in care and addressing
patient inquiries compassionately. Maintain a safe and clean
working environment by implementing standards and procedures in
compliance with hospital regulations. Strong nursing skills with a
focus on surgical care and acute patient management. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively
both independently and within a diverse team environment.
Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health
records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
