This position involves providing critical care to adult patients in a dynamic emergency setting, working closely with a team committed to excellence and compassionate care. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the emergency department. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Respond rapidly and effectively to emergency situations involving adult patients. Maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and their families on prevention and treatment plans. Supervise and guide nursing assistants and other junior staff. Strong clinical skills with the ability to react decisively in emergency scenarios. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in the use of medical software and electronic health records. Capable of multitasking in a high-stress environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification preferred.
