Mentor staff and participate in the development and implementation of departmental standards and protocols. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Advanced clinical skills specific to emergency care Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of New York Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
