The Clinical Nurse III: C6 will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment where they contribute directly to the care and improvement of patient health. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with facility protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that effectively address patient needs. Participate in research and apply evidence-based practices to further knowledge and enhance treatment protocols. Mentor and lead junior nurses to enhance their skills and ensure quality of care. Maintain patient records with high accuracy and comply with hospital policies on patient confidentiality. Advanced clinical skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations. Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills. Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Specialty certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing or related field is advantageous.
