Provide expert nursing care to patients in a surgical environment. Assist in surgical operations under stringent sterile environments. Administer and monitor patient medication and recovery, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with surgical teams and other medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Lead and mentor junior nursing staff and participate in educational programs. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to clinical research initiatives. Advanced practice nursing skills in a surgical setting Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and multitask High level of proficiency with medical software and surgical tools Medical Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
