Albany Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse II
to join our C6 Short Stay Surgical Unit. As a vital member of our

recoveries and other short stay surgical procedures. Our unit is
designed to prioritize efficient, compassionate, and individualized

comprehensive nursing care to patients in the short stay surgical
unit. Monitor patient recovery and respond to any complications.
Administer medications and update patient records. Educate patients
and their families on post-operative care and wellness. Collaborate
with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to
optimize patient outcomes. Maintain a clean and safe environment
for all patients and staff. Strong ability to assess and monitor
patient conditions. Proficient in managing multiple patient needs
simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in the use of medical software for patient documentation.
