This position demands a highly skilled and flexible nursing professional dedicated to providing exceptional patient care across varied medical-surgical settings. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing different medical situations and can seamlessly integrate into multiple teams, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Deliver comprehensive registered nursing care in multiple medical-surgical units. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards and practices. Participate in unit-based Quality Assurance programs and comply with all safety and infection control guidelines. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a cooperative and collaborative environment. Chart and maintain accurate patient medical records and reports. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Act as a mentor and resource for junior nursing staff and peers, promoting professional development. Strong clinical skills with a background in medical-surgical nursing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical documentation and patient management software Ability to work effectively across multiple units within the hospital Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
