Gifted Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Travel ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in Watertown,

expertise. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
Monitor patient health conditions, assess their needs, and document
patient medical histories and symptoms. Operate and monitor medical
equipment, administer treatments and medications, and coordinate
with multidisciplinary team members to improve patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes,
medical-surgical procedures and other aspects of therapeutic
regimens, including providing emotional support and guidance.
Advocate for patients' and families' needs, or provide health
counseling to patients and families on preventive, therapeutic, and
recovery plans. Proven proficiency in handling critical care and
emergency situations. Exceptional organizational and communication
skills. Ability to function effectively in a high-pressure
environment while maintaining a high level of patient care.
Competency with electronic patient health information (PHI)
software. Skillful in IV insertion, pharmacological management, and
life support technologies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in
New York or eligible for reciprocity. Current Basic Life Support
(BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certifications required. Certification in Critical Care Nursing
(CCRN) preferred but not mandatory.
