The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for children on the autism spectrum and other students with special needs. You are dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential, skilled at collaborating with educators and families, and committed to using evidence-based strategies to foster growth across academic, social, and behavioral domains. Job Responsibilities: - Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP). - Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to Behavior Interventionists (BI) and paraprofessionals implementing ABA programs. - Monitor and analyze behavioral data to ensure program fidelity and progress toward goals. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral strategies into classroom and home environments. - Adjust and refine behavior plans based on data and student performance.
