Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current AHA ACLS , BLS, NIHSS NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN licenses. RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Required: EPIC Job Description: Unit: ICU Shift: 6:30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed) Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex Heart experience HIGHLY preferred - Manager looking at these as priority!
