Job Description Assured Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Albany, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 9 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 9 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Oncall only 1-2x a weekMust arrive/nwithin 30 min of being call inMust be able to scrubScrub nurse/nduties include, but are not limited to, the following:Assisting surgeons, interventional radiologists, and nurse/npractitioners during proceduresPreparing the operating room table, tools, and equipment prior/nto surgeryEnsuring sterility and safety is maintained before, during, and/nafter the procedureProviding emotional support to patients and their family members/nthroughout their hospitalizationCollaborating with the circulating nurse in monitoring vitals,/nassessing skin integrity, and communicating with family members throughout the/nperioperative periodDocumenting surgical details in the patients electronic health/nrecord (EHR)Performing postoperative needle, sponge, and instrument countsPreferred Qualifications:Previous scrub nurse experience/n in vascular and cardiac surgery Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) CertificationImpeccable organization, time/n management, and critical-thinking skills Assured Nursing Job ID 35769121.
