Med/Surg RN in Albany, New York, 12208! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years

Epic experience required Must-Have: - Experience in a post-surgical
setting caring for patients who have undergone colorectal and
urologic surgery. - Ability to work closely with Wound Ostomy and
Continence Nurses for ostomy and wound care needs. - Experience
with post-operative patients on TPN, NG tubes, and central lines. -
Compliance with dress code including navy blue scrubs. Description:
The position involves caring for post-surgical patients. Candidates
will focus on those who have undergone colorectal and urologic
surgery. Collaboration with Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses will
be essential for ostomy and wound care. Experience in managing
post-operative patients with TPN, NG tubes, and central lines is
required. There is no block scheduling or requests for 48-hour
shifts. A competency test is required within 24 hours of
submission. Candidates must have 1 year of experience at a large
academic hospital with passing competency testing score or 2 years
