Job Description:
Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel

work. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 36 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. •
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. • 60
months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of
months Requirements: • Candidates must have a Massachusetts license
(required for submission). • This role will require floating to
multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • 12
months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce
Solutions - UMASS Memorial and no current placement allowed at
Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - UMASS Memorial. Pre-employment
modules may be required for this role. Please upload any

expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Required
Skills/Experience: RNs will be required to take a pass/fail Tele
exam during orientation. RNs are only allowed 1 attempt, passing
score is an 80%. If they do not pass, they will be canceled from
their assignment. RNs NOT required to take pass/fail Tele exam:
Mother Baby/Postpartum, Ambulatory, OR, SACU, Psych. Required
Charge Nurse experience. Required skills: Interpretation of
dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient
with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG,
Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Pre/Post Cardiac
Cath/intervention, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, IV
insulin protocols, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Arterial line
management, Blood Product Administration, Central line
care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining
IVs, Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV
sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation
Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate
Vasoactive drips, CVA/Acute Stroke management, BiPAP/CPAP
management/maintenance, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal
Cannula (HFNC), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management,
Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE,
Phlebotomy.Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred Teaching Hospital
experience. Preferred skills: Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP),
Impella, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Valve
Repair/Replacement, Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD),
CVVHD/CRRT, External ventricular drain (EVD), Hypothermia
protocol/Arctic Sun, ICP monitoring, Lumbar drains, Post
Craniotomy, Post Neurosurgery management, Spinal cord injury,
Traumatic Brain injury.Required Credentials: UMass requires a 3rd
party education verification for ALL travelers regardless of
profession. Clinician should log into their MA online portal to
itemize all items being received by the board and send snip to
recruiter.Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend/holiday rotation.
All call outs must be made up at the end of the assignment.
Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer
position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to
receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon
request. All time off requests must be submitted at application.
Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly
upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require
a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the
offer must be declined. 7 days maximum time off 2 references from
last 12 months (Any reference type) - 1 required for submission
