Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (approx. $38–$55/hour , based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off paid holidays Continuing education and professional development support Employee discounts What You’ll Do As a key clinical provider, you will: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, root planning, polishing, and preventive treatments Conduct oral health assessments and chart periodontal conditions Take and interpret dental radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care Ensure patient comfort and build strong, trusting relationships Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to support overall patient care ?
