Required Skills: Valid Physician Assistant license in relevant state(s). Current NCCPA certification. Proven experience in hospital medicine or acute care. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Advanced life support certifications (ACLS, BLS). Experience in a multidisciplinary hospital environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of hospitalist or inpatient care experience. Other Requirements: Ability to work a night 24-hour shift (17:00 - 05:00). Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development. Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement policies.
