Provide critical care and monitoring to pediatric patients with life-threatening conditions. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to formulate individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Communicate effectively with patients' families about medical conditions and care plans. Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Participate in continuous education to keep current with pediatric intensive care advancements. Expertise in pediatric healthcare Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using medical technologies and software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
