This position is pivotal in providing critical care to patients with complex cardiopulmonary and vascular conditions. The role demands exceptional clinical skills, the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care. Provide direct nursing care to patients in a critical care setting, focusing on cardiopulmonary and vascular health issues. Implement and evaluate patient care plans collaboratively with healthcare professionals. Monitor patient status and respond to emergent changes in condition. Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment for patient care. Participate in research and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Advanced knowledge of cardiopulmonary and vascular diseases Proficient in the use of medical software for patient management Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification in Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) preferred
