integrating technology-driven approaches to enhance patient
outcomes in neonatal care. Provide critical care to neonates in a
technologically advanced ICU setting. Monitor and manage patient
care using state-of-the-art medical technology. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to implement comprehensive care plans.
Educate and support families during their neonatal ICU experience.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Proficiency in neonatal care standards and protocols. Ability to
operate complex medical machinery. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Critical-thinking and problem-solving
abilities. Compassion and sensitivity in family interactions.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Registered Nurse (RN) license. Neonatal Resuscitation Program
(NRP) certification. Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care
Nursing (C-NICN) preferred.
