Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care is seeking a motivated Dialysis Clinical
Coordinator for Home Therapy to join our dedicated team. Based in
our {JOB-CITY}, {JOB-STATE} location, you'll play a pivotal role in
ensuring high-quality care for our home dialysis patients. In this
role, you will coordinate and oversee home therapy services,
ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. You
will supervise and support nursing staff and home hemodialysis
technicians, develop and implement patient care plans, and
collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient
outcomes. This position requires significant experience in dialysis
nursing, preferably 3-5 years, with 2 or more years in a
supervisory role. An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, and
candidates holding a certification in nephrology nursing are
preferred. You will use your expertise in patient education,
regulatory compliance, and treatment protocols to help improve the
