Assessing patient conditions and administering prescribed medications Monitoring vital signs and quickly addressing complications Collaborating with healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and evaluate patient care Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care Maintaining patient records and adhering to hospital policies Participating in research and continuing education to enhance patient care Advanced knowledge of ICU nursing practices Proficiency in using medical software and patient management systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under high pressure Critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills Medical Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
