Provide and coordinate comprehensive care for Ortho/Spine patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Engage in critical thinking and maintain high standards of nursing care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and appropriately. Educate patients and their families on illness, wellness, and preventive health care. Supervise and guide nursing staff and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices. Proficiency in all aspects of orthopedic and spine care. Ability to operate and monitor medical equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership skills and the ability to supervise and train staff. Capacity to handle stress and make decisions in emergency situations. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/CPR certification. Preferably certified Orthopaedic Nurse (ONC) or similar relevant certification.
