Provide high-quality nursing care for pediatric patients following established clinical protocols. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records according to legal and ethical nursing guidelines. Strong clinical skills in pediatric nursing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments Proficiency in the use of medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification preferred
