The Nuvance Health Medical Practice (NHMP) Division of Neurosciences is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established and successful Neurology practice located in the new Multispecialty center in Kingston, NY. Job Highlights : Provide neurological care to patients with physician collaboration and mentoring Assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients by means of interview, health history, physical examination and diagnostic studies Manage an independent panel of patients Relay appropriate information regarding patient care to the physician Utilize Cerner EMR to document patient information Interact with clinical and administrative staff for optimal patient care Position is outpatient with rounding at Northern Dutchess Hospital Monday-Friday schedule (8am-4:30pm) Qualifications: · Master of Science in Nursing · NYS Nurse Practitioner License · Neurology experience required Highly competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits and generous allowances for CME and professional dues/expenses offered.
