Job Description:

superior patient care. We are currently seeking a Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) to enhance our multispecialty departments.
This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented professional to
support various healthcare services, ensuring patient comfort and
delivering high-quality care under the supervision of medical
staff. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled
patients within multiple specialties. Monitor patient health and
maintain accurate records of patient therapy and treatment.
Implement care plans effectively under the guidance of registered
nurses and doctors. Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results.
Administer medications as prescribed, monitor side effects and
document reactions. Prepare and educate patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention. Facilitate communication
between patients, family members, and medical staff to ensure
effective care delivery. Proficient in administering medication and
injections. Strong observational skills for assessing patient
conditions. Effective communication skills for interacting with
patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to handle
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational
and record-keeping skills. Valid LPN license in the state of
practice. CPR/BLS certification is required; additional
certifications in specialty areas are beneficial.
