With a service mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service, you provide support across the entirety of the employers account from start to finish. When employers sign up for our services, you help them through the completion of their new account, get them settled into our services, and then assist them moving forward with all of their employment needs. You handle incoming phone calls, emails, chats, and web inquires in assisting our clients (and sometimes their employees) on a daily basis. This will include payroll, tax, insurance and human resource types of inquires, in addition to helping with online technical issues and navigation of our website.By actively listening, you are able to resolve questions and problems as they come. In addition to delivering exceptional support through multiple platforms, you also have the opportunity to use your intuitive skills to help raise awareness to our client when you find that there is a product or additional services that they might need, and not know about. Having an empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive is essential to your success. When challenging situations arise, you're able to stay calm under pressure to provide continued excellent service. A never give up attitude, the ability to adapt to change, and the mindset to look for ways to improve upon current processes is a must.QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates degree
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Human Resources, payroll, insurance or tax experienceDo you have a positive, can-do attitude? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
