About the opportunity:

One of the agencies of thelargest secretariat in the commonwealth of Massachusetts located in Worcester, MA is currently looking for a Direct Care Worker
They offer services and supportindividuals with intellectual disabilitiesand children with developmental disabilities
You will provide direct care services and assist them with the activities of daily living

Direct Care WorkerResponsibilities:

Providing support, encouragement, and companionship by engaging clients in activities
Arranging or providing transportation to appointments, supermarkets, etc.
Helping clients with self-care, such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and brushing teeth
Assisting clients with ambulation and mobility as needed

Direct Care WorkerQualifications:

Must have a valid, current driver's license
CPR and First Aid certification is required
Must pass the Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification
Dependable, reliable, and caring
