check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with Marriott
standards - Post charges to guest folios accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory of gift shop items and assist guests with
purchases - Enroll guests into the hotel’s guest loyalty program to
enhance their experience - Receive and handle incoming and external
calls professionally - Transfer calls to appropriate departments or
personnel - Attend pre-shift meetings to stay informed about hotel
updates and special events - Create key packets for group check-ins
to ensure smooth arrivals - Explain hotel services, amenities, and
features to guests - Perform all other duties as assigned to
support hotel operations and guest satisfaction Skills and
Qualifications: - Knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and
services, with a general understanding of other departments -
Exceptional computer skills, including familiarity with hotel
management software - Excellent communication skills in English,
both verbal and written - Ability to handle multiple tasks
efficiently and remain calm under pressure - Strong interpersonal
skills and a professional appearance - Ability to work flexible
