Details - Work in the Operating Room setting of a hospital - Day shifts from 07:00 to 17:30 - Assignment length is 13 weeks - Uses EPIC EMR, prior experience required - No blocked scheduling allowed Requirements - Active NY RN license required - Minimum of 2 years recent OR RN experience - Certifications from AHA or RQI required - Experience using EPIC EMR is required - No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months - US Social Security Number required for consideration - Medical exemptions for flu vaccine must be signed by a licensed professional Additional Information - No local candidates accepted from specified counties within a 50 mile radius - No more than 3 call outs allowed in a 13 week period; make-up shifts must be completed within 6 weeks of the last call out - RTO (requested time off) must be submitted with application - Travel pairs are not allowed for this position American Traveler Job ID P-655994.
